In an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Amersfoort, a bright room of approximately 11 m² is available immediately.
The room is located in a building with a total of four rooms and is situated on the second floor at the front side. The room is practically laid out and comes with carpet flooring, lighting, window coverings, a private washbasin with hot and cold water, and central heating. Ready to be further finished to your own taste.
The room still needs to be painted. Paint costs can be reimbursed, provided that purchase receipts and photos of the painted room are submitted after completion. This will be done in consultation with the landlord.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a countertop with upper and lower cabinets, a refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, and a washing machine. The shower and toilet are shared with three other residents.
