We don't work with point systems or waiting lists. Keeping regular contact with us, weather by phone or Internet gives you the best chance to find your ideal provision in housing. 

You can visit us at our office in Apeldoorn or you can directly fill out the subscription form on our site. www.wba.nl You can directly indicate what kind of housing you are looking for. 

We can check immediately if anything suitable is available. 

To qualify for your ideal type of housing that we offer, you have to subscribe.

The subscription fees are € 17,95 a month.

Through experience we have noticed that negotiation works best for you when you contact us regularly. 

You can do it the following way.

  c.. You can visit our internet site and check the availability yourself.
