These fully furnished and upholstered luxury chalets are available as temporary accommodation during the winter months (November through March). The park is located just outside the centre of Voorthuizen, in a quiet, green environment.
General information:
Luxury chalets for rent as temporary accommodation with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Fully equipped luxury bungalow chalets with a cosy living room, including a flat-screen TV, 2 or 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Shower and toilet. A modern kitchen area with microwave completes the accommodation.
The surface area of a 2-bedroom chalet is approx. 50 m².
The surface area of a 3-bedroom chalet is approx. 63 m².
The bungalow chalets are non-smoking.
During the winter months, park facilities such as the swimming pool and restaurant cannot be used.

Bungalow chalet with three bedrooms (63 m²) | Monthly rent: € 1,075
The following applies to all bungalow chalets:
Excluding gas, water and electricity: a monthly advance payment of € 250 applies. This advance is charged monthly up to and including the final rental month.
Monthly invoice based on meter readings.
Security deposit: € 1,500, payable in advance.
Mandatory final cleaning upon departure, charged based on hours worked at € 40 per hour.
Bungalow chalets are fully furnished.
Complete kitchen inventory provided.
Equipped with central heating.
Pillows provided in the bedrooms.
Duvets and bed linen not included.
Wi-Fi available at 15 MB; higher speeds of 30 MB and 60 MB can be purchased.
Laundrette available under the reception, accessible daily for a fee.
Pets are not allowed, including those of visitors.
Smoking is not permitted.
Park facilities (such as swimming pool and hospitality venues) are closed.
Curtains and ventilation grilles must be kept open during the day. Windows may not be covered or sealed.
Minimum rental period: 2 months.
Notice period: 1 month, effective from the first day of the month.
Rental is subject to the conditions of the Municipality of Barneveld.
Registration with the Municipality of Barneveld is not possible/allowed.
